Booking methods or cancellation conditions

Prices for apartments are per day for the indicated occupancy.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, bike storage, ski-room with boot dryer, outdoor parking.

TOURIST TAX:
The tourist tax of EUR 2,70 for person per day is not included in the price and applies to all guests over 14 years old.

• Final Cleaning Service is NOT included – if you do not, you must pay for it

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT:
The apartments are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT:
The reservation becomes binding only after the payment of the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Master Card, Visa).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation the deposit is not refunded. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation of the reservation.

PAYMENT METHODS:
To settle your stay, we accept cash (up to € 3,000.00), check or bank transfer, credit cards (VISA, Master Card) or Bancomat. We kindly ask you to complete the payment the day before departure.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments and in all common areas.
